We only collect information that helps us run Hamsteropolis and stay in touch with you. That includes:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message, so we can respond to you.
• Launch-list email signups — just your email address, so we can send product and launch updates to people who've opted in.
• Order information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles that for us.
• Anonymous site analytics via Vercel Analytics — aggregate page views and events that help us understand how the site is used. This doesn't use cookies for advertising and isn't tied to your identity.

We use the information above to fulfill and ship your orders, respond to questions or messages you send us, and share launch announcements or product updates with people who've chosen to hear from us. That's it — we don't use your information for anything beyond running Hamsteropolis and keeping you in the loop.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, full stop. Your data is stored with trusted service providers we rely on to run the site and process orders, including Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Each of these providers maintains its own security practices for the data it handles on our behalf.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time using the unsubscribe link included in that email, or by simply contacting us directly. If you'd like us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you, reach out and we'll take care of it.
