By using the Hamsteropolis website, you agree to these terms. Please use the site respectfully and only for its intended purpose — browsing, learning about our products, and placing orders.

Hamsteropolis pieces are modular enrichment accessories designed to be used inside a proper small-pet enclosure, under your supervision. They are not a replacement for a cage or enclosure. You're responsible for choosing housing that's appropriately sized and safe for your pet, and for supervising your pet whenever it's interacting with any of our products.

Some of the products and details described on this site are still in development. Because we're a small company building things thoughtfully, specifications, materials, and availability may change before a product officially launches.

All orders and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing, product availability, and shipping estimates are subject to change without notice, and we'll always aim to keep the information on our site as accurate as possible.

We do our best to make sure our products are as described and safe for their intended use. That said, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamsteropolis isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

All content on this site — including our designs, product concepts, text, images, and the Hamsteropolis name and brand — belongs to Hamsteropolis and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
